Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, working with customers, and making things happen?

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Mumbai / Chennai.

You’ll be a trusted partner for our customers — helping them onboard successfully, drive product adoption, solve challenges, and ultimately get maximum value from our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Onboard and train customers for smooth adoption

🔹 Build strong and meaningful client relationships

🔹 Understand customer challenges and work with internal teams to resolve them

🔹 Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities

🔹 Support renewals and proactively contribute towards reducing churn

🔹 Help customers get maximum value from our products

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in Customer Success / Account Management is preferred

✅ Freshers are also welcome to apply!

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong customer-first mindset

✅ SaaS / CRM experience is a plus

📍 Based in Mumbai or Chennai
