Chief Operating Officer

Position

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving excellence in patient care, streamlining workflows, and spearheading growth initiatives. This is a leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, strong operational acumen, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize hospital operations, ensuring world-class patient care and efficiency
• Develop and execute strategies for the expansion of non-cardiac specialties
• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements
• Enhance patient experience by improving clinical and administrative processes
• Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain the highest quality standards
• Oversee infrastructure, IT, and facilities to support hospital growth and modernization
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across clinical and non-clinical departments
  
  

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, including at least 5 years leading a P&L
• Must possess an MBA / MHA / PGDM
• Experience in digital transformation and operational automation in healthcare is a plus
