Job Title: ABM/ Brand Manager – Makeup

Reports To: Category Head – Makeup

Experience Required: 4–6 years (preferably in BPC/FMCG with creative + analytical exposure)

About The Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the strategy, growth, and day-to-day management of a portfolio of makeup products. This role is a unique blend of commercial ownership, content-first marketing, and product development—ideal for someone who is as comfortable analyzing a P&L as they are crafting a strong brand story. Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Management & Business Strategy - Own the full P&L for assigned product(s) or sub-category. - Track growth, margins, pricing, and forecast accuracy. - Work closely with finance, demand planning, and supply chain to deliver business goals.
  • Marketing & Content - Lead content marketing strategy and execution across digital channels (social, influencer, brand films, etc.). - Develop a distinctive brand voice, unlock new content levers, and work with in-house and external creative teams. - Partner with media, performance, and growth teams to amplify content effectiveness.
  • Product Development & Quality - Lead development of new products from concept to launch. - Ensure product quality benchmarks are met in collaboration with R&D and packaging teams. - Monitor market trends and consumer feedback to inform the innovation pipeline.

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience managing a product/category P&L.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing, digital storytelling, and consumer engagement.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate insights into brand-building ideas.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Prior experience in makeup or beauty is a strong plus.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
