🔯 *Position: Brand Manager*

🔯 *Experience: 2–4 Years (brand management, marketing, or related roles)*

🔯 *Location: WORK-FROM-HOME*

🔯 *Salary: Upto ₹50k per month*

🔯 *Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.*

🎯 *Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, growth, and profitability.
• Manage end-to-end brand lifecycle including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Lead performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, and quick-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, operations, analytics) to ensure seamless brand execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Optimize brand presence on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) for maximum visibility and sales.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  
  

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and quick-commerce ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
