About Thrillophilia

Thrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai and is looking for an exceptional Art Director to shape the visual identity of one of India's fastest-growing travel brands.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who goes beyond making beautiful designs. You'll be involved from concept to execution like solving business problems through compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, social media, creator content, presentations, performance marketing and brand experiences.

What You'll Create

Brand and integrated campaign identitiesSocial media creatives, carousels, Reels covers & YouTube thumbnailsTourism board and brand partnership presentationsPerformance marketing creativesVisual identities for original content propertiesMoodboards, storyboards, shoot treatments and design systemsAI-assisted concepts, prototypes and production-ready assets

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and distinctive visual directions for campaignsTranslate business objectives into memorable visual communicationDesign high-impact campaigns, presentations and digital assetsBuild scalable visual systems across multiple formatsCollaborate with writers, strategists, editors, creators and production teamsArt direct photo/video shoots where requiredUse AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration and productionContinuously improve creative quality using content performance insights

What We're Looking For

5–9 years of experience in Art Direction, Advertising, Brand Design or Visual CommunicationStrong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and executionExperience in agencies, creative studios or design-led brandsExcellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytellingExperience designing campaigns, presentations, social content and digital advertisingStrong presentation and communication skillsFamiliarity with Instagram, YouTube and creator-led contentHands-on experience with AI in creative workflows

Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignFigmaKeynote / PowerPoint / Google SlidesMidjourney, Firefly, Runway or similar AI toolsBasic motion graphics and video editing
