Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming 2D architectural blueprints, CAD drawings, and conceptual sketches into hyper-realistic 3D models, photorealistic still renders, and immersive walkthrough animations.

Key Responsibilities

• Modeling & Rendering: Convert complex CAD drawings, elevations, and architectural plans into accurate 3D structures. Produce high-end, photorealistic interior and exterior still renders.
• Texturing & Lighting: Apply realistic textures, materials, advanced environmental lighting, and landscape elements to accurately represent the design intent.
• Walkthroughs & Animations: Develop smooth, cinematic 3D walkthroughs, fly-through animations, and virtual reality (VR) experiences for client presentations.
• Post-Production: Utilize digital compositing tools to fine-tune lighting, adjust color grading, and add atmospheric effects (people, skies, vegetation) to final renders.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand structural layouts, material specifications, and design updates.
• Asset Library Management: Maintain and organize the company’s internal library of 3D models, textures, materials, and render presets.
  
  

Job Expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, photorealistic architectural renders (interiors, exteriors, master plans, and landscapes).
• Architectural Literacy: A strong grasp of architectural scales, structural proportions, construction materials, and design aesthetics.
• Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of how real-world lighting, shadows, and reflections interact with different construction textures.
• Time Management: Proven capability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality visual outputs within fast-paced timelines.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related multimedia field.

Minimum Job Experience

Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 5 to 8 years] of experience working specifically within an architectural firm, real estate development company, or specialized architectural visualization studio.
