Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Trucks & Buses business.
Monitor business performance, revenue, margins, and profitability; provide actionable insights.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic and commercial decisions.
Conduct profitability, pricing, and cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leadership.
Evaluate business cases, investments, and growth initiatives through financial modeling.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.

Experience

10-15 years

Industry Preferred

Automobile and Heavy Commercials

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
10-15 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
Experience in the Automotive, Commercial Vehicles (CV), Trucks & Buses, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors preferred.
