Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)

• Ticketing manual/automated

• Handling of Groups and Allotments

• Distribution of price quotations and information

• Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails

• Daily TSR updates for various airlines using Microsoft Excel

• Handling BSP Link enquiries, e.g. ADM, ACM, Refunds

• Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally

Key Skills:

• Well versed with MS Office tools

• Excellent analytical ability

• Excellent knowledge of Airline - GDS (e.g. Amadeus/Sabre/Astral)

• Proficiency in the Usage of Internet

• Should have basic excel knowledge

• Experiences in the tourism sector

• IATA — Knowledge and experiences in ticketing

• Fluency in English, further languages preferred

• Punctuality and reliability

• Ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving international

• environment whilst directly contributing to the company’s growth and success
