Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning solutions, particularly Kinaxis Maestro. The consultant will be part of SUN’s in-house Kinaxis Center of Excellence (COE). The candidate should have understanding of supply chain processes and have hands-on experience in working on the advance planning solutions like Kinaxis Maestro/ SAP APO/ SAP IBP / O9. In this role, the candidate has to understand the user story requirement from the planning team, build the requirement in Kinaxis and get the solution tested and rolled out.

Areas Of Responsibility:

1. Design, configure, and implement user stories in Kinaxis Maestro solutions across supply chain domains such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
3. Develop and maintain Kinaxis models, workbooks, dashboards, and automation scripts
4. Support testing phases including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
5. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and external vendors.
7. Document solution designs, processes, and best practices.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
9. Conduct training sessions on Kinaxis Maestro for the end users
10. The candidate has to bring in supply chain domain expertise, stakeholder management skills, and functional/technical expertise in Kinaxis Maestro solution.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MBA or Post-Graduation in Business / IT / Supply Chain (preferred) or

BE / B. Technology with 10+ years of work experience in Supply chain

Specific Certification

Certifications in Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestra or equivalent Advance planning solutions

Skill (Functional & Behavioural):

Functional Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro implementation/support
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management).
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Kinaxis configuration and model building
  • Creating dashboards, worksheets, and alerts
  • Data integration and data modelling
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
