Director - Sales Strategy Distribution

Job Summary

The incumbent will create annual budget, delivery plan, develop commercial pitch for major accounts. Forecast and track revenue plans. To Manage cross-functional interactions with Strategy, Legal, Marketing, Audit & Revenue Assurance. To Provide critical business insights & analyses for discussions and client interactions.

​Key Responsibilities

• Create the annual budget and delivery plan at account level for all networks Work with respective sales heads on delivery plans for the financial year
• Develop commercial pitch for alignment renewals for major accounts through analysis of the operator ecosystem and financials
• Identify and pitch incremental revenue layers within existing distribution relationships Track and forecast revenue delivery against commitments; proactively flag under-delivery risk
• Conduct regular reviews with respective sales teams to ensure alignment & delivery against various parameters Manage cross-functional interactions with Strategy, Legal, Marketing, Audit & Revenue Assurance
• Keep a monthly track of collections and DSO data for all networks Track reach of Jiostar channels and identify any gaps
• Provide critical business insights & analyses for discussions and client interactions

* Preferred Education & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: MBA/PGDBM (Premier or Tier 1 management institute)
• 7-8 years experience in sales planning, strategy & consulting
