Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of branch customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the assigned customer base, driving revenue and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the diverse financial needs of customers
• Actively participate in branch activities and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the Consumer Banking Group
• Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
