Temp Building Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused TEMPORARY Building Manager to work closely with the Estate Manager looking after the smooth day-to-day operation of a mansion block in Central London comprising of just over 200 apartments. The Building Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the property, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of all common areas and building systems, whilst delivering high-quality concierge-style service, maintaining property standards, managing staff and contractors and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and lease covenants. The ideal candidate must have direct experience working as a Building Manager in the residential or hospitality sectors with strong leaderships skills as you will have a team of Security/Concierge and Security Supervisor who are all employed by a third party. You should have excellent time management skills, excellent communications skills, be IT proficient, and be able to deliver a 5* service. Start 15th June.
