Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Hand ling shifts for final vehicle clearance and Improvement in Manufacturing indexes, Yard Indexes.Conducting and co-ordinating for improvements for Product, process and system audit.Working on Proactive measures and improvement drives such as zero defect generation, Zero leak etc.Day to day problem solving for Assly defects.
  • Field visits to understand customer and dealer issues and their end to end resolution (Reduction in customer issues.
  • Should have hand s on experience in hand ling manufacturing/customer quality in an OEM.
  • Should have knowledge about ISO /TS systems.Should have knowledge about FMEA,Kaizens, Pokeyoke and 5S.Added advantage if knowledge of 6 Sigma / TQM and TPM.Application of basic QC Tools.Inspection and Auditing skills.
  • Application of Quality Systems.Knowledge of vehicle aggregates and testing.Knowledge of Assembly Process.
  • Customer centric, Leadership, Man management skill
