Role Overview

The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing compensation and benefits programs across Europe and APAC regions. This role will work closely with global HR, benefits, equity, and payroll teams to ensure effective execution of total rewards initiatives, compliance, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

Submit annual compensation surveys to external providers

Support pay data analysis for annual business planning

Lead onsite pay reviews for Europe & APAC and support corporate pay reviews

Review, update, and maintain compensation processes in Workday

Support ad-hoc compensation projects, including:

EU Pay Transparency Directive

UK Living Wage regulations

UK Gender Pay Gap reporting

Benefits

Conduct market analysis of regional benefits practices

Manage benefits reviews and renewals across Europe & APAC

Review, update, and maintain benefits policies for assigned regions

Manage communication related to benefits changes

Partner closely with global benefits, equity, and payroll teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or similar HR roles

Strong experience with compensation analysis and benefits management

Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)

Knowledge of regional compliance and labor regulations (Europe/APAC exposure preferred)

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in US shift timings

Nice to Have

Experience in global or multi-region HR operations

Exposure to pay transparency and regulatory reporting frameworks

Prior experience in fast-paced or global organizations
