Position Overview:-

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process—from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to organizing interviews and managing offers. You will play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience


The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of sourcing techniques, and the ability to align hiring strategies with business goals. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of the organization by ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent.


Job Location and Address:-

This requirement is full-time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:


  • Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and define selection criteria for each open role.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, assessments, and final selection.
  • Coordinate and conduct screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture.
  • Create clear, compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Plan and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and other networking events.
  • Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning by providing data-driven recruitment insights.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with past applicants and high-potential candidates.


Requirements:-

  • Experience: 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and sourcing tools.
  • Sourcing Skills: Solid ability to source candidates using various platforms and innovative techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess candidates effectively and align hiring with organizational goals.
  • Team Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Employer Branding: Knowledge of employer branding techniques and social media recruitment.
