Job Description

Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive English lessons compliant with IGCSE standards.
Foster critical thinking, literacy, language proficiency, and literature appreciation among students.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and constructive feedback.
Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support holistic student development.

Requirements

Education: Undergraduate degree (UG) in English, English Literature, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience (IGCSE or international curriculum experience preferred).
Skills: Strong communication skills, classroom management, and student-focused pedagogical techniques.
Location: Erode (Local candidates preferred; outstation candidates willing to relocate are welcome).

Benefits

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Joining: Immediate

Salary: Rs.20k to 25k+ per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
