• Proficiency in interpreting Fabricated component drawings, machined components drawings, and Assembly component drawing.
• Knowledge of National/International codes, standards specifications for fabrication, welding & NDT techniques.
• Knowledge of various welding processes (i.e MIG/SAW/TIG/SMAW), WPS/PQR/WPQ activity.
• Knowledge & worked on various destructive and nondestructive testing witness activity. (NDT Level-II certificate in DP, UT preferable)
• Knowledge & involved in fabrication & assembly inspection activity.
• Knowledge of different process like machining, assembly, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Knowledge on GD&T inspection using FARO Arm or CMM.
• Worked on SAP-QM module.
• Worked on preparation of Quality Plan for Fabricated, Machined & Assembly components.
• Thorough Knowledge of inspection using different measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of NCR analysis process though 7-QC Tools.
• Knowledge for preparing check sheet and for critical parameter (CTQ Parameter).
• Work Experience : 2 to 4 Years
• Qualification : B.E/ Diploma – Mechnical
• Experience in Heavy fabrication/ Asphalt-Concerete plant manufacturing industry.
