About the Role

As an Associate Relationship Manager – Micro Enterprise Loan (MEL) within the Rural Banking function, you will play a pivotal role in deepening customer relationships and delivering best-in-class service to rural clients. You will support the Relationship Manager in identifying business owners and entrepreneurs in designated areas, assessing their loan needs, and facilitating financial solutions. This role is focused on client acquisition, household-level relationship building, and maximizing the lifetime value of each customer to contribute to the bank’s broader

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with rural households and business owners.

Support loan disbursal and conduct post-loan checks.

Drive sales of loans and banking products.

Promote digital banking adoption.

Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.

Contribute to community development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education:Graduate in any discipline (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech).
  • Experience:0–1 year in related product or financial services.
  • Skills:Strong communication, customer focus, willingness to travel, and a passion for rural development.
