Business Development Manager Loan Against Property Medchal-Malkajgiri

To develop business opportunities and drive portfolio growth within the Loan Against Property portfolio through market assessment, customer suitability evaluation and consultative engagement. The role requires independent judgment in assessing customer financing requirements, evaluating business opportunities and risks, recommending appropriate lending solutions, and contributing to decisions that support portfolio quality, profitability and sustainable business growth while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels.
• Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan.
• Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/TD).
• Maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs
• Provide regular MIS and performance updates to reporting manager.

Qualifications

Experience: 7 years to 9 years

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA
