About The Role

This role can be based in either our Adelaide or Brisbane offices, and we welcome applications from candidates open to relocating to either location.

This is a strategically critical role responsible for leading Codan’s investor relations function within a high-performing ASX-listed environment. Working in close partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape market perception, strengthen investor confidence, and support the company’s valuation through clear, credible and consistent engagement with the investment community. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, capital markets and corporate development, translating complex business performance and strategic initiatives into compelling investor narratives while ensuring best-practice governance and continuous disclosure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve Codan’s investor relations strategy aligned to corporate and capital management priorities
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO and Executive team to position the company effectively with investors and analysts
  • Own the preparation and delivery of investor communications including results, ASX announcements and market updates
  • Drive proactive engagement with institutional investors, analysts and brokers to strengthen market understanding and confidence
  • Lead investor engagement programs including results briefings, roadshows, conferences and targeted outreach
  • Develop high-quality messaging, investor materials and executive briefing packs
  • Provide insight into market perception, investor sentiment and share register dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with ASX Listing Rules and continuous disclosure obligations
  • Support communication of strategic initiatives, M&A activity and portfolio evolution
  • Continuously enhance investor relations capability, processes and market positioning

About You

Experience operating within an ASX-listed environment is essential, along with a strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations and continuous disclosure. A high level of commercial acumen is required, with the ability to interpret financial and strategic information and translate it into clear, compelling narratives for the market. The role demands confidence engaging at a senior level, with the credibility to influence executives and build trusted relationships with investors and analysts. Strong analytical capability is complemented by excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
