Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions across all departments.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and timely follow-ups.

Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical hospitality roles.

Ensure recruitment targets and TAT are achieved while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Prepare recruitment MIS reports and collaborate with department heads on manpower planning.

Preferred Qualifications

Job Expectations:

Experience hiring for departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Corporate roles.

Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS/HRMS.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Hotel Management,

Minimum Job Experience

3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
