We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily communication, coordination, and task follow-ups. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, responsible, and good at handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between the Director and teams
  • Convey instructions clearly and ensure proper follow-up
  • Track tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Schedule meetings and send reminders
  • Maintain records of tasks and priorities
  • Provide regular updates to the Director
