As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their airport experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding processes
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flights, schedules, and airport services
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
