Job Description

Conduct developmental assessments to identify delays and intervention needs.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each childs developmental goals.

Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based intervention techniques.

Monitor and document each childs progress and update treatment plans as required.

Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home-based intervention strategies.

Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, special educators, and medical professionals.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare progress reports.

Requirements

Strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones.

Excellent observation, assessment, and intervention skills.

Effective communication and counseling skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Good documentation and organizational skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and family-centered approach.
