SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong industry experience to work in an evolving

AI-assisted development environment. Our teams use modern AI tools (such as Anthropic’s

Claude, OpenAI’s codex and similar platforms) to accelerate development, while engineers

focus on reviewing, guiding, and ensuring quality.

In this role, you will support and supervise engineering efforts, help shape development

processes, and ensure that the overall system design and implementation meet industry

standards. The role balances technical understanding with team guidance and process

improvement.

Required Skills

● Good experience with Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.

● Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development

practices.

● Ability to review code and suggest improvements.

● Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and system workflows.

● Basic knowledge of database design and query optimization.

● Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.

● Understanding of application security fundamentals.

● Exposure to cloud environments or deployment processes is a plus.

● Openness to working with AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support & Supervision

● Work closely with the engineering team to guide development activities.

● Support developers in reviewing implementations and resolving challenges.

● Help maintain consistent coding and architectural standards across the team.

Code Review & Quality Assurance

● Review application code (including AI-assisted outputs) to ensure quality and

correctness.

● Identify improvements related to performance, scalability, and maintainability.

● Ensure basic security and best practices are followed.

Process Improvement

● Contribute to improving development workflows and team processes.

● Help introduce practical approaches to AI-assisted development usage.

● Identify simple ways to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary effort or cost.

System Understanding

● Participate in discussions around application architecture and design decisions.

● Validate APIs, database structures, and integrations at a high level.

● Assist in troubleshooting and improving existing systems when required.

Collaboration

● Work with product, design, QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.

● Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and team discussions.

Required Qualification
