We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our Digital Marketing team in Mangaluru. In this hands-on role, you will execute a variety of digital marketing tasks across email, web, and analytics platforms, while actively engaging with stakeholders to clarify requirements and suggest improvements. This role offers broad exposure to enterprise-level digital marketing operations and the opportunity to grow into a more independent digital specialist.

You will be part of the central Digital Marketing team, consisting of three digital marketing specialists based in our India office, and you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. The team works across multiple systems and platforms where we hold technical ownership, including the corporate website, Account Engagement (Pardot), SEO, CRO, tracking, and analytics.

Your Workday, Tasks And Mandatory Skill Set

• Execute email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including list creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and quality assurance.
• Set up automation rules, dynamic lists, and lead flows in Pardot.
• Create, edit, and maintain website pages in our CMS (DatoCMS) following brand and UX guidelines.
• Perform technical checks on web content (links, metadata, tagging, structure).
• Support tracking implementation using GTM.
• Extract and analyze data in GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Conduct SEO hygiene checks (meta tags, redirects, indexing issues).
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to clarify requests, identify potential issues, and propose improvements.
• Document processes and contribute to workflow optimizations to improve operational efficiency.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or similar.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Pardot experience is a strong plus).
• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Experience acting as a proactive digital partner for stakeholders, identifying unclear requirements, suggesting better solutions, and ensuring tasks are scoped correctly before execution.
• Hands-on exposure to a modern enterprise-level MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, DatoCMS, etc.), with a path to specialize several areas.
• The ability to influence digital workflows by proposing smarter templates, automations, and standards that improve speed and quality across the organization.
