Objectives of the Position:

Negotiation manager is key for negotiation design and tactics as well as execution by pursuing the best business results for Coatings with state-of-the-art Negotiations
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Responsible for driving the negotiation strategy within indirect categories, defining tactics beings fully accountable for their execution
Take accountability for the execution of negotiations and documentation of negotiation result (commercial terms, e.g., price, volume allocation) incl. contracts by ensuring full auditability and compliance
Continuously evolve and apply advanced negotiation methods, such as behavioral economics principles and smart auction design, to achieve superior results with your educational proficiency and curiosity for new developments.
Convert negotiation learnings into insights into scalable solutions and frameworks, including digital platforms, auction systems, and AI-based co-pilot solutions
Actively support business needs beyond core roles stepping into roles such as negotiation coach for other teams.
Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives from basics to advanced, such digital transformation, mentoring programs to extend procurement’s impact on business performance.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, chemical background preferred. MBA is a plus.
12+ years working experience with procurement related areas.
Adaptability to changes of requirements and environments by driving contract negotiations
