Lead and coordinate the planning, implementation and management of multidisciplinary infrastructure works for the KIA Industrial Area, ensuring timely, quality and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level technical and project management support to the Programme Director.
Lead and coordinate infrastructure development covering roads, drainage, sewerage, power, WTP, STP/CETP and solid waste management.
Coordinate with design consultants, EPC contractors, government authorities and other stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress, quality, technical issues, interfaces and project deliverables.
Support programme planning, infrastructure packages, tendering, construction management and commissioning activities.
Review technical proposals, designs, schedules and implementation strategies.
Identify project risks, resolve technical/coordination issues and support timely decision-making.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards and client requirements.
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure effective coordination across infrastructure packages.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / Infrastructure Management / Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 20 years of progressively senior experience in infrastructure engineering and project implementation.
Strong experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, particularly roads, drainage, sewerage, power, WTP, STP/CETP and solid waste management.
Experience in a leadership capacity on at least one similar infrastructure programme/project.
PMP or equivalent project management certification from a recognized professional body is preferred/required as per project requirements.
International experience will be an added advantage.
