Job Title: QA Engineer – Enterprise Products & Solutions

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA SME to lead and execute QA activities for enterprise grade products and solutions. This role involves end-to-end validation of technologies including IP customer end routers , SDWAN, 5G ODCPE, Wi-Fi hotspots, UBR radios, and FWA solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong testing capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Design

• Develop comprehensive test scope, strategy, plans, cases, scenarios, test data, and requirement traceability matrix based on business need
• Design and set up test beds including system scenarios, traffic/protocol simulators, and IP network elements. Execution & Analysis
• Drive the test process, execute test cases, analyze defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide go/no-go recommendations based on test outcomes and quality benchmarks. Technical Validation
• Perform white-box testing and debugging to identify software/hardware issues.
• Validate UI, features, and specifications from an end-user perspective.
• Conduct end-to-end validation of solution components including service call flows , performance and management Automation & Optimization
• Identify test cases suitable for automation and contribute to automation framework development.
• Write and maintain automation scripts (preferably in Python). Defect Management
• Manage the defect lifecycle including creation, tracking, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution recommendations. Documentation & Collaboration
• Develop and review product documentation such as release notes, technical bulletins, installation guides, and deployment manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and vendor partners. Skills & Experience Requirements:
• Strong experience in wireline and IP technologies: SDWAN, IP/MPLS, IP routing & switching.
• Deep understanding of IP and Wi-Fi standards, protocols, and enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi broadband network architecture and flow.
• Good knowledge of wireless technologies including LTE and 5G.
• Proven experience in product testing, lifecycle management, automation tools, and field issue resolution.
• Exposure to white-box and module-level testing of hardware/software.
• Proficiency in Python for automation scripting is preferred.
• Strong project management, vendor coordination, and technical documentation skills. Experience & Qualifications
• 8 + years in IP networks with 2+ years of experience in Testing IP products
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
