We are looking for an Order-to-Cash Business Process Owner (O2C BPO) to play a central role in harmonizing and digitalizing Sales and Finance processes worldwide.
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Business Process Owner Order-to-Cash at MKS MSD, you will partner with regional and local sales organizations and the global IT department to drive our target to full sales process digitalization, build strategies for process automation, and drive continuous process improvements. In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales Processes and CRM.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Develop an Order-to-Cash (O2C) process blueprint as standard for MSD worldwide, regional, and local entities and work towards harmonizing the process across the entire organization.
Develop relevant process documentation and ensure maintenance as the process evolves.
Drive continuous process improvements and be responsible for the development, testing and system implementation.
Determine key performance indicators KPIs and measuring business benefits.
Monitor process compliance within relevant systems and with the help of (local) process experts.
Train and empower the business/end user to easily adopt process changes and improvements.
Facilitate process review to meet and manage quality expectations.
Work closely with local sales organizations, the global Sales Operations Team and global IT department.
Travel Requirements: If at all, up to max. 5 % of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, science or comparable.
5+ years of relevant work experience with minimum 2 years in business process management.
Preferable but not limited to Business Process Owner position in the chemical industry or comparable.
Strong skills with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Module
Strong skills in MS Excel and Power BI, or comparable
Good understanding of business processes in general and Order-to-Cash process in particular and its interaction with upstream and downstream processes.
Impact orientation and ability to switch between details and the big picture.
Track record in process improvement and harmonization
Proven project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others, build consensus, and drive change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
A strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes.
Preferred Skills:
Working experience in process mapping and mining with Celonis, SAP Signavio, etc.
