## Job Description: General Surgeon
*Salary*- ₹3.5 to 4 lpm

*Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Surgeon to join our medical team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of surgical procedures, diagnosing complex conditions, and delivering exceptional patient care within the medical sector. This position is critical to maintaining high standards of surgical excellence and ensuring optimal health outcomes for our patients. The ideal professional will bring a blend of clinical expertise, technical proficiency, and compassionate service to our facility.

*Responsibilities*
*   Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and formulate precise surgical treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
*   Perform various surgical interventions, including but not limited to laparoscopic and hernia repairs, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
*   Manage post-operative care, monitor patient recovery, and address any complications that may arise during the healing process.
*   Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure seamless patient management.
*   Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
*   Stay current with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies to continuously improve clinical practices.

*Requirements*
*   Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in general surgery, demonstrating a proven track record of successful outcomes.
*   Proficiency in core surgical disciplines, specifically General Surgery, laparoscopic procedures, and hernia repair techniques.
*   Valid medical licensure and board certification required.
*   Strong clinical judgment, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
*   Excellent communication skills with the capacity to explain complex medical information to patients and their families clearly.
*   Commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.
