How will you fit in the big picture?

The Senior Executive Technical is responsible for end-to-end manufacturing shift operations for Soy Beverages, Milkshakes, Syrups, and Fruit Purees. This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective operations across processing, sterilization, filling, packaging, palletization, and warehouse handover activities while delivering production, quality, service, and productivity targets.

What will you do?

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity targets.
Ensure process excellence across batching, processing, sterilization, filling, packaging, and palletization.
Drive food safety, quality compliance, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
Maximize equipment reliability, OEE, and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop shop-floor teams through manpower deployment and capability building.
Manage production prioritization, quality containment, and escalation of operational issues.
Drive TPM, Lean, productivity improvement, automation, and loss-reduction initiatives.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience:

3-6 years of experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing with expertise in end-to-end processing, packaging, production management, quality systems, continuous improvement, and SAP/Power BI-driven performance monitoring. Knowledge of beverage manufacturing operations, food safety systems, TPM/Lean methodologies, equipment troubleshooting, inventory management, and team leadership is required.

Education:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
