Role Overview  

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Social Media Intern to support our marketing team in content creation, social media management, graphic designing, video editing, and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, an interest in digital marketing, and a willingness to learn and explore new trends. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building a B2B technology brand and promoting innovative industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities  

1. Social Media Management & Content Creation  

• Assist in managing the companys social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  

• Create engaging captions, hashtags, post descriptions, and content ideas.
  

• Research social media trends, reels, shorts, and creative content formats.
  

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts.
  

• Support brand awareness campaigns and product promotions.
  

2. Graphic Designing & Video Editing  

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and marketing creatives.
  

• Create and edit reels, short videos, promotional videos, and product explainers.
  

• Develop creative content for company events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  

• Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual communication.
  

• Assist in creating engaging visual content for the companys products and services.
  

3. Digital Marketing & SEO Support  

• Assist in creating SEO-friendly content for social media, blogs, and website updates.
  

• Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis.
  

• Support content optimization using relevant keywords and hashtags.
  

• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and performance.
  

• Prepare basic social media performance reports.
  

4. Research & Team Collaboration  

• Research industry trends related to AI, machine vision, automation, and technical textiles.
  

• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams for content requirements.
  

• Assist in developing creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing practices, and creative tools.
  

Requirements

Must-Have

• Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
  

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  

• Familiarity with Canva or other graphic designing tools.
  

• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
  

• Good creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  

• Ability to work from the office in Indore.
  

Preferred Skills  

• Experience in creating social media posts, reels, videos, or digital content.
  

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma.
  

• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  

• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
  

• A portfolio of creative work or previous social media projects.
  

• Interest in B2B marketing, AI, automation, and industrial technology.
