Job Description

Job role:

Individual Role
Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
Manager Sales & distributions through DSA’s
Empanel new DSA’s from market & Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs
Experience in mortgage and working in DSA vertical will be preferred
Liasoning with Internal teams – Credit, legal, technical, RCU & Operations
Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to customer & channel partners.

Job Requirements:

Qualification - Graduate / MBA
Minimum 4-6 years of experience
Banking Product & Process Knowledge
Aggressive approach with good communication skills
Sales and Influencing Skills
