Job Requirements
- Ensure compliance with the SDP process.
- Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain all service performance parameters (KPIs).
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and team management.
Work Experience
The candidate should have completed Cummins HHP training and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Advisor role.
