Job Overview: As a Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process, and maintaining the safety and security of the airport. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other relevant information
• Check passengers travel documents and ensure compliance with airport security regulations
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a safe and secure airport environment by following all safety and security procedures
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition
• Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto the aircraft
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
