Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all passengers and guests at the airport front desk. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers and guests at the airport front desk
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, baggage handling, and other airport services
• Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services
• Assist with special services for passengers such as wheelchair assistance and special meal requests
• Stay updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers
• Adhere to all safety and security regulations at the airport Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airline reservation systems
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Must be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a pleasant and friendly personality
