Production Supervisor

This role offers hands-on training in production planning, quality control, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in daily production planning and shop floor operations

✔ Monitor production processes to achieve quality and productivity targets

✔ Support process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles

✔ Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams

✔ Prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation

✔ Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards

✔ Assist in machine setup, troubleshooting, and production monitoring

✔ Learn inventory control, material handling, and production scheduling

✔ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

✔ Production Engineering Fundamentals

✔ Production Planning & Control (PPC)

✔ Quality Control (QC)

✔ Lean Manufacturing & 5S

✔ Basic AutoCAD (Preferred)

✔ MS Excel & Production Reporting
