Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own and drive the B2C sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Design sales processes, scripts, and pitch structures aligned with consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Define and track key performance metrics and implement actions for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales managers, team leads, and sales executives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, KPIs, and incentive structures.
  • Build succession plans and talent pipelines for scaling the team.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and drive accountability across the team.
  • Use CRM, dashboards, and analytics tools to generate insights and optimize conversions.
  • Implement A/B testing and funnel optimization strategies for improved efficiency.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consultative selling and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to improve customer feedback loops.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across customer lifecycle stages.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align on campaigns and lead quality.
  • Provide regular business updates to senior leadership on sales trends, pipeline health, and forecasts.
