Role Overview:

As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our retail location, responsible for creating a positive and productive environment for both customers and employees. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, from sales and customer service to inventory management and team leadership, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to minimize loss and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an appealing and engaging store environment that reflects the brands image.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and optimize labor costs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive customer traffic to the store.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail-related software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience with multi-unit retail operations.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and customer demographics.
  • Experience with employee training and development programs.
  • Knowledge of retail-specific software and reporting tools.
