Growth Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to help grow our clients' businesses through digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, content planning, lead generation, SEO, and campaign management.

This is a full-time on-site position. Remote work is not available.

Location: On-site, Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute digital marketing strategies for client projects.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Plan and schedule content calendars for client accounts.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate leads through organic and paid marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to achieve marketing goals.
• Research industry trends and identify growth opportunities for clients.
• Support SEO, branding, and online visibility initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and campaign management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
