<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Location:</strong> Across Districts in Uttar Pradesh - Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Rampur, Muzaffarnagar, Kannauj</p><div><br></div><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>About Udhyam:</strong><br>Udhyam Learning Foundation (Udhyam) is on a mission towards Making Bharat Entrepreneurial. We believe that entrepreneurship is a powerful way to channelize an individual’s potential. Entrepreneurship enables agency and allows an individual to work on their strengths while creating value for the world.<br><br><strong>Our programs:</strong><br>- Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~40,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.<br>- Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled income uplift for 10,000+ entrepreneurs.<br><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Conduct regular meetings with MTs (Master Trainers) &amp; visit schools to monitor program delivery and quality.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Closely work with Samagra Shiksha, district officials and school principals to ensure smooth implementation of the program.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Collect data and insights from the field for continuous program improvement.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Provide support during trainings and cluster-level academic meetings with teachers.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Offer need-based assistance for other program activities.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Skills, Experience and Mindsets:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; prior work with teachers and school-level stakeholders is a strong plus.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">A keen interest in the development and education sector.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts in Uttar Pradesh.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Demonstrated abilities in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and data collection.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Self-driven and comfortable with dynamic, on-ground conditions.</p></li></ul>
