This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, creating and refining business processes, and developing business requirements. The individual will interact with stakeholders to communicate analysis findings and propose actionable recommendations. Additionally, the Business Analyst will document processes and systems to support and enhance business operations.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in defining and refining Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
