We are looking for a commercial, German-speaking brand expert to spearhead growth across international markets, leveraging deep consumer insights and data-driven strategy to scale their portfolio.

This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of creative vision and analytical rigour. You will take full ownership of the brand identity, managing significant marketing budgets and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance campaigns that resonate on a global scale.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and business growth.
• Harness consumer insights and market trend data to identify white-space opportunities and steer the innovation pipeline.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring global messaging consistency across all digital and traditional touchpoints.
• Manage high-level relationships with external creative and media agencies to deliver world-class brand assets and high ROI outputs.
• Take full accountability for marketing budget management, optimizing spend through rigorous performance monitoring and actionable data analytics.

• Proven track record in Senior Brand Management within the FMCG sector, with experience navigating fast-paced consumer goods environments.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex consumer data into winning commercial strategies.
