Role: Transformation & Projects officer

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal.

Required skills:

• 5+ years experience
• Proven experience in project management and/or transformation roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Track record of managing full project lifecycles — from business analysis and planning through delivery and handover.
• Experience working in transversal or cross-functional teams, ideally within financial services or capital markets.
• Comfortable operating autonomously and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
