Your mission

You support software implementation projects from concept to successful delivery – analyzing business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating customer needs into technical solutions together with your team.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager in project planning, control, and organization
• Act as a technical link between customers, project management, and development
• Take ownership of requirements engineering by analyzing current processes and designing reusable future-state concepts and process descriptions
• Define specifications for gaps, prepare user stories and Jira tickets, and prioritize them together with the development team
• Configure and adapt our software to meet customer-specific requirements
• Manage testing activities – from preparation and execution to documentation and handover
  
  

• Completed education in IT or a related field, including knowledge of databases and object-oriented programming (e.g. Java)
• Strong professional background in requirements engineering, software implementation or technical IT project management
• Solid understanding of software architectures, integrations, and data structures
• Proactive, structured and hands-on working style with strong technical affinity
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
