Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager – Solar Power to oversee and manage end-to-end solar projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar installations while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of solar projects (Rooftop / Ground-mounted)
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Conduct feasibility analysis, site surveys, and risk assessments
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and resource allocation
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance when required
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in solar project management
• Strong knowledge of solar systems (PV design, installation, commissioning)
• Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to solar energy
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• Experience in handling EPC solar projects
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or solar design tools
