Site Engineer From Solar Energy

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with experience in the solar energy sector to manage on-site project execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams for timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and commissioning of solar power systems (Rooftop / Ground-mounted).
• Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and electrical work at the site.
• Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues during installation.
• Maintain documentation such as BOQ, site reports, and installation checklists.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in solar project installation (mandatory).
• Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, panels, and wiring.
• Familiarity with net metering and government regulations is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.

• Knowledge of tools like AutoCAD or similar design software.
