Job Description
Plan, execute, and monitor procurement processes to ensure continuity of production and optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance across the supply chain
Implement procurement policies in line with company strategy, central procurement guidelines, and compliance standards
Secure long-term supplier production capacities (e.g., LPA, LTA) and monitor execution through regular performance reviews
Initiate and coordinate corrective actions in case of supplier deviations or risks, including financial instability
Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through price negotiations, contract renegotiations, and cost reduction initiatives (e.g., PV, Price Change Requests, Roadmaps)
Ensure price accuracy against contracts and resolve invoice discrepancies to support timely payments
Manage supplier relationships, including leading escalations in line with defined processes and supporting higher escalation levels when required
Actively contribute to supplier development in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)
Define and implement procurement strategies for assigned categories, including dual sourcing and supplier portfolio optimization
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and technologies
Lead sourcing activities in compliance with procurement processes (RFI, RFQ, Recap, Sourcing Council) and ensure cross-functional alignment
Support product cost optimization initiatives (e.g., make-or-buy, Vitotop) and improve cash flow through payment terms and inventory monitoring
Monitor supply chain and raw material market trends to identify risks and opportunities
Minimum Requirements
Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of SAP
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
Valid Category B driving license
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
