CBS China Bank Savings seeks a Reserve Officer to cover Branch Service Head/Branch Operations Head roles as gaps arise. The role also supports as Service Associate or Teller as needed, focusing on cash management, deposits, compliance, marketing, and people development. Willing to be assigned in Butuan City and other district areas.
Candidates should have at least 5 years in branch banking operations with strong knowledge of bank policies and a customer-centric leadership mindset.
